Whole Enchilada Records concentrates its resources on the East Bay exclusively!

Our mission is to document the wealth of talent that exists in the East Bay and assist worthy East Bay artists in affording the release of their recordings.

In 2001, WER released 2 compliations: “The Best of the Berkeley Slam” (featuring some of the best performance poets that have graced the stage at The Berkeley Poetry Slam) & “bEASTfest 2001″ (a musical compilation featuring 20 artist featured in the bEASTfest 2001 festival.)

WER plans to release projects by individual artists (bands, spoken word performers and more) through a series of benefit shows, donations, and grants. If you are an artist interested in having label distribution and promotional support, check out our “Community of Artists Project”.
