Whole Enchilada Records' Community of Artists Project

Are you an unsigned performer who needs help getting recordings made of your work?
The Community of Artists Project is designed to help people like you!

Contracts will vary from project to project, but there are some things you can rely on:

* Artists retain all right to their work, including publisher rights.

* WER makes release-by-release arrangements, freeing the artists to seek
other labels for future releases.

*WER is distributed throughout the Bay Area & online through Darla distribution,
among other places.

*The Project wants you to succeed: assistance will be made, when possible, in the areas of promotion, touring, and more.

The catch? WER is a cash-poor label. We plan on putting on a series of benefits throughout the East Bay, writing grants, and taking donations to make select releases happen. Artists who are interested in having WER release should be prepared to participate in benefit shows. We are now affiliated with a legally-recognized non-profit, Epic Arts, & will be applying for grants & sponsorships from the community to start a fund for this project.
